Therefore, the skills acquired in training and meeting many attorneys in the southeastern region of the United States have enabled her to bring this level of service and expertise into her office, and represent the buyers and sellers in a professional and service oriented manner.  Ms. Burch has worked as a consultant to various underwriters over the years and also is very knowledgeable as to the importance of preparing and streamlining the process of getting the final title policies to both lenders and purchasers.
